Following the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020, equities experienced a significant rebound due to the implementation of generous monetary policies. The rebound in stocks was primarily driven by technology and large-cap growth stocks. However, in 2022, the market reached a peak and has been in a persistent decline ever since. This bear market has been marked by several false bottoms and head fakes, making any sort of bottom picking very difficult.
